We would like to inform you that as per the new guidelines set forth by the FDIC department, it is now mandatory for all unsecured personal loans to be insured. As a corporate lending company, we want to assure you that we do not charge any fees to our customers. However, we do require insurance for every loan we provide. The good news is that this insurance is completely free of cost for Max Loans customers. Although the insurance is free for customers, it does come at a cost for our company. Therefore, to ensure a seamless process, Max Loans transfers the insurance fee to the customer's account. This allows you to conveniently pay for the insurance at the same time as your loan disbursement. Rest assured, our customer service team is available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have regarding the insurance fee or any other aspect of our loan process. We are dedicated to providing a transparent and satisfactory experience for all our customers.

Legal action

We understand the importance of trust and transparency in our lending process. In order to protect our company and our valued customers, we have implemented strict measures to prevent any fraudulent activities. If a customer attempts to abscond with the verification money or insurance fee, we reserve the right to take legal action against them. Such actions may include pursuing legal recourse through the court system. Customers who engage in such fraudulent behavior will have to face the consequences of their actions. To ensure accountability, we have the authority to swiftly shut down the bank account of the defaulter. By doing so, we aim to prevent further unauthorized transactions and protect the interests of our customers and our company. In addition, we will place a red flag on the customer's social security number, notifying relevant authorities of their fraudulent activity. To aid in the resolution of such cases, we may even involve law enforcement agencies. Our commitment to combating fraudulent activities is evidenced by our ability to obtain court orders, which allows us to send police officers to the doorstep of the defaulter. Through these measures, we strive to ensure justice is served and deter others from engaging in similar fraudulent behavior. Our primary goal is to provide a secure and trustworthy lending experience for all our customers. Deposit policy

We understand the urgency and importance of making funds available to our customers. While we strive to process both the deposit and insurance/verification money simultaneously, there may be cases where the insurance/verification money is made available before the deposit. This is because the loan money requires additional verification and validation to ensure the security of the loan transaction. Refund Policy

As a corporate lending company, we adhere to strict policies that prevent us from deducting any money from customer accounts. Therefore, it is necessary for you to return the funds by the specified deadline using either online or offline services. Our funding manager will provide detailed instructions regarding the return process, including the available options for repayment. They will explain the necessary steps and guide you through the online or offline services that can be utilized for returning the funds.
